Heather L. Kaplan is an associate attorney in our Asbestos Litigation practice.  Prior to joining the firm, she worked for over 17 years with plaintiffs’ law firms in Philadelphia where her practice focused on asbestos, catastrophic personal injury, and pharmaceutical and medical-device litigation.

Heather has been actively involved in toxic tort exposure claims involving asbestos-related diseases including mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestos-related pleural disease and mass tort litigation involving Vioxx, Fen-Phen, Baycol, Ephedra, PPA and Zyprexa.

She earned a B.S.  from the College of Public Programs at Arizona State University in 1993 and a Juris Doctorate from the City University of New York School of Law in 1997.  Heather is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Heather grew up in Bucks County and currently lives in Philadelphia County with her husband and two boys.
