California Jury Awards $15 Million+ To Former Construction Supervisor

A California jury awarded more than $15 Million in damages to a former construction supervisor for his diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma as a result of asbestos exposure. The late Norris Morgan claimed that overseeing the cutting and sawing of cement pipes exposed him to asbestos.
